Why a table-based signature?
Email clients do not render HTML like a browser. Outlook for Windows uses Word’s rendering engine, which ignores much of modern CSS. A signature built with tables, inline styles and system fonts displays the same everywhere.
That is what this generator produces. To go further, read our guide to HTML signature compatibility.
One signature, or the whole company’s?
A generator is fine for one person. At twenty, fifty or two hundred, copy-paste produces mismatched signatures, and every logo change means everyone starts over.
Soniako reads your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 directory, builds each person’s signature and deploys it: straight into Gmail, or through an Outlook add-in deployed once. Free for up to 5 people.
