Where Soniako stands out
- No mandatory annual commitment. Pro can be paid monthly; annual is a cheaper option, not a condition.
- A demo with no form. The console opens already filled in, with no account to create.
- Deployment control. For each employee: the assigned signature, when it was last built, and whether it is actually deployed.
- Permissions are published. Our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 pages list every scope we request and why.
Where Signitic is the better fit
- A bigger free plan: up to 19 users, against 5 at Soniako. For a team of 10, that is a real argument.
- HRIS and CRM connections: if your employee data lives in Lucca, or you want clicks in HubSpot or Salesforce, Signitic offers it; Soniako does not.
- Track record: a product that has been around longer, with more references.
How to choose
If you want to pay monthly, control deployment person by person and try without filling anything in, Soniako is built for that.
If your team is under 20 and the free plan is enough, or an HRIS or CRM connection is a must, Signitic is worth a try. Either way, test both on your real signatures.
